i just reserved my tickets to L.A and the trip back was settled on the 19th of may. [img]mad.gif[/img] [img]mad.gif[/img]
can anyone here confirm that Vinnie will really be there those three nights?
If any of you can come up with a 100%reliable info,i'll buy him a drink at the show.
I need a fast answer as i may have to change the tickets.I can't let this one go man.
This might be the only chance i'll ever get to see Vinnie live,since he don't go on tours around the world anymore.

does ANYBODY have any idea of what kind of stuff they'll be doing....i.e straight ahead jazz, a bit-o-fusion, intense fusion...etc. etc.. the reason i ask is because i am SERIOUSLY considering buying a plane ticket and going to at least 2 nights of this show. i would really like to know if vinnie will be burning on this gig ala 'blue note tokyo', karizma, dyno four, kind of stuff. don't get me wrong, i love vinnie but if i am going to spend that kind of dough to fly out and see him, it would be nice to know what i am going to see. which is hopefully some crazy vinnie shiiiite!

There used to be a clip of Vinnie playing this gig on the net. Maybe someone's still got it. It was jazz/funk stuff and Vinnie was playing pretty agressive.
I would expect the same at this gig. If this is your only chance to see him, you'd be crazy not to go.
